What you are getting

A licence to run Human RM on Macs you own or control, for as long as your plan is current. The app itself is yours to run; the code is not yours to resell or redistribute.

What you may send

Messages to people who would not be surprised to hear from you. Human RM sends from your own number and your own address, which means your reputation is the one on the line.

You may not use it for unsolicited commercial messaging, and you are responsible for following the messaging laws that apply where you and your recipients are, including obtaining consent where it is required. Sending to people who never gave you their number is a good way to have your number blocked by carriers, and that is not something we can undo.

What the app does not promise

Human RM hands your messages to Apple’s Messages app and to Gmail. Whether a specific message is delivered is up to them, the carriers and the recipient’s device. The app reports honestly what it was told, and it cannot guarantee delivery.

Email tracking is a best effort. Mail clients that block images will not register an open, and that is a limitation of email, not a defect.

Money

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup and charged for the first time only when the trial ends. Plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you chose, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

If the app does not do what this site says it does, write within 30 days and you will be refunded. That applies to the one-time lifetime purchase as well.

Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; cancel later and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your contacts, templates and history live on your Mac and are not taken away from you. We may end a licence if it is being used to send messages to people who did not ask for them.
