Messages will not send
Almost always the macOS Automation permission. The fix takes about thirty seconds.

The short version: you should not be paying for something you are not using.
Every plan starts with 14 days of the whole product. Your card is saved when you sign up and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all.
After that, cancel any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then simply stops — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no form to fill in. Write to the address above and it is done, or cancel from the Stripe receipt in your inbox.
If you are charged for a period you did not mean to renew, say so and it will be refunded. We would rather return a month than keep money from someone who forgot to cancel. Founding Lifetime purchases are refundable within 30 days.
Your contacts, templates and send history live on your own Mac. They are yours whether you are paying or not, and cancelling never takes them away from you.
If something is broken
What to include so it can be fixed in one round rather than four.
The version of macOS you are on, which channel you were sending through — iMessage, SMS or email — and roughly how many people were in the send. If the app showed an error, the exact wording of it helps more than a description of it.
Please do not send us your contacts, a CSV or a screenshot with real phone numbers in it. We do not want them, we have no way to store them, and none of it is needed to diagnose anything.
